Pat truly believes that your home is where you plant your roots to create memories that last a lifetime. Assisting sellers allows Pat to help move them to the next phase of their life. She is licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
In January 2011, Pat purchased the Lakes Realty Group and built a team of experts to make it a strong, local real estate office. Since its purchase, she has brought the company into substantial growth. She sponsors many events and organizations, including the annual Fox Lake TriAthlon, NICC Ice Fishing Derby, St. Bede Halloween Hustle, and more.
She has one son and lives on the lake with her husband, where summers are spent on the water enjoying activities like kayaking, swimming, tubing, and wakeboarding. She enjoys traveling, especially to Europe.

Lakes Realty created beautiful brochures that were professional and showed the home in the best possible way. Pat helped coordinate multiple open houses to bring traffic through the property. And we received weekly marketing reports so we could understand how frequently the house was showing up in search results and being viewed online.
However, perhaps what was most important is that Pat knew what to do when things don't always go right. She was there to listen, explain, commiserate, motivate and do whatever she could to help accomplish the goal.

We used Lakes Realty Group in 2013 to buy out lake house and 2018 to sell it. In the future we'd like to own a lake house again and will use them.
