Antioch currently leans toward sellers, with the local market gauge signaling a seller’s market. Months of supply sit at 3.5 in this rolling three-month view, up sharply from a year ago, which suggests more options than last spring. Even so, inventory is still limited enough that sellers retain some leverage.

Prices have edged higher over the past year, with the typical home value up a few percent year over year in this rolling window.
