Pat Smarto did every aspect of the sale of my property in an outstanding way that left me assured that I chose the right agent over others I had considered. Pat is a role model to all real estate agents. Through my observation and research I found that Pat is greatly involved in her community which also contributes to her standing in it and her profession.

Pat did what a good realtor should do and that is get as much traffic/showings as possible to sell the home.. Pat is quick to respond to potential buyers and brokers who show interest and works with the seller to make it happen.
My first deal did not happen, not due to any fault on her part, the buyer withdrew but she quickly moved back into action to show the property and get it sold. She has a very positive, forward looking attitude, never gives up.
I highly recommend her as your realtor.

Spent the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and then worked closely with us to make it happen. Was always available whenever we needed anything. Her motivation from Day 1 was to find us the best house—not the first house. She gave us objective advice on every listing we looked at. It paid off.

We picked Pat specifically, because Lakes Realty had a home listed we were interested in, and when we called, she answered our questions completely and offered to show us the property that same day. Her approach is business first, yet you felt like you had a friend with you while you went through many, many homes.

It was a pleasure to work with an agent with her excellent ethics and professionalism and always without any pushiness. She was patient and factual and we were VERY impressed. Pat was also key during the sign-to-close period, helping us to quickly chase and find resolutions to issues as they popped up.
