I'm Paul Stavros

I've been in Toronto real estate for 7 years now.

In that time I've manages to go from a new agent, to a top 10 agent at my brokerage of 500+ agents.

Real estate is a person to person experience. And you won't change my mind about that.

I'm not your greasy used car salesman. I tell you how it is, because it's to your benefit.

In the last year my highest achievement was presidents circle. This meant I was top 10 at my brokerage in sales.

I typically do anywhere from 30-40 deals a year. The standard Toronto agent does 2.

It's not a flex. More of a fact check to let you know that I practice every aspect of my job frequently.

My angle to both buying and selling is white glove service.

I invest in my listings.

This means I take home less money on a personal level, but it means you take home more money.

Making my job more difficult by opting not to do anything doesn't benefit anyone.
