Peggy's knowledge about the properties is top-notch. I trust her knowledge and judgment. Her experience makes her such a valuable asset. She knows the ins and outs of all the houses that I looked at. You can tell she takes great pride in her work.

I don't often write testimonials, but Peggy and Marisa earned this. They worked together on this transaction, with Marisa as our primary point of contact, but Peggy was ALWAYS available to help whenever things got rough. I sold this 120 year old house for a dear friend who had to move into assisted living. It had been neglected for years and needed a lot of work. We spent to the limit of my friend's equity line of credit, but there were a lot of things that we couldn't afford to do.

Peggy and Marisa researched comparable sales, and I actually drove past each one. Some were a little better and some a little worse, but all were realistic comps. They priced it right and got a bidding war going right after the first open house. We got several offers over list. When unknown problems surfaced during inspections, the first buyer terminated the contract, but Peggy and Marisa stuck with us, changed the marketing plan completely, and found a buyer who would take the property in "As Is" condition, for an excellent price under the circumstances.

In my last email to them, in something that was not intended for public consumption, I wrote, "An African poem teaches us that it takes a village to raise a child. I can attest to the fact that it takes a village to care for Carl. Thank you so much for being part of that village, that family of good souls who contributed to this success."

I love that Peggy understood who we are. She took us step by step through the process when needed.
