We weren't sure how selling a house in the middle of a pandemic might work, but Rachael made the whole process very easy. From listing to closing escrow took less than 6 weeks! Rachael always got back to us quickly, held our hand when we had worries, and celebrated with us when the house sold. Working with Rachael has been a pleasure. This is the first time I have sold a home that I was not currently living in Selling it during a pandemic and living out of state was made simple and stressless working with Rachael.
