One thing I wanted to mentioned was that they are just good genuine people, sometimes you get realtors who are so pushy and just want that extra buck but something Rachel and Josh did was they had our interest as the priority and it made us feel like we were in total control which is what we wanted but with some experience as well to help if we had questions.

Rachel and her team were fantastic. I was looking for someone who knew about buying land and then plonking a house on it, and she did. Her team was on top of tasks, which is the only reason the lender checked their own rules, and has been helpful in letting me know what I'm to do as a seller as well. She even went so far as to look into whether I was moving to a township and got me the new residence request.
They were communicative, helpful and didn't mind a stupid question or twelve.
