When working with Rasa and Ralph from out of state the importance of trusting they understood what we were looking for ana trusting they had our best interest was very important to us. Their local knowledge was huge and communication was the best. We knew and trusted they understood our needs. They also would keep us on track with our needs and reason for our purchase. We looked at a lot of properties, some long days and they didn't mind and wanted us to see a many as possible to make sure we were getting what we wanted.
