She listened to our wants and requirements for a new-to-us home, and compiled a list of several homes in the Foley, Alabama area for us to see. She spent a day with us showing us the area and getting to know us better. Her honesty about houses, neighborhoods and areas was refreshing - she wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive or just any house, she was building a relationship with us and selling us our home. Her constant contact with us was a much needed comfort as we tried to navigate this process. Renae is determined, focused and above all, caring. My husband and I had wanted to purchase a condo in Gulf Shores for years, and after wasting over two years with a disappointing realtor, I hesitantly made a phone call to Renae and made an appointment to look at condos. Renae was OURS for the whole day. She didn't take other calls, she didn't text, she didn't check her phone at all, except to make phone calls that would benefit us. By 2:00 that afternoon we had settled on the condo we wanted to buy. She dealt with the seller & advised us, and by around 6 pm, with her help, we had signed a contract on buying a condo!
