Buying and selling a home halfway across the country was a challenge, especially in this market. Bob helped us to make this difficult process as stress free as possible.

We recently retired and planned to move from PA to Virginia's Eastern Shore. Bob was the realtor we called to find a rental home so we could take our time finding the perfect home to buy. He met us at the rental and we knew immediately that he was the realtor we would like to stay with to buy a house here. When we found a house we wanted to tour, he arranged for a showing the day after that house went on the market, and after touring the home, we asked Bob to put in an offer on the spot. Bob is a local who grew up in the area and is extremely knowledgeable about life on the Eastern Shore in general, and real estate in particular. He was always quick to submit the forms we had to sign and to get back to us with questions/concerns, including suggestions for vendors we might need to call on now and in the future. As "newbies" to the shore, this was very reassuring for us. He made the process of buying pleasant and drama-free for us.
