Bob is the best Realtor I've ever had. He was very professional, caring, informative, helpful.
communicated in a timely manner and found a fantastic reasonably priced clean out service for me.
All these things were so important to me since the property was in Scranton and I'm in Florida. He

Owning residential and commercial rentals, we buy and sell often. Bob stands out from the crowd -
no nonsense, focused, knows the market, how to negotiate, and gets the job done. Excellent
communicator and response time. He offered practical advice to prepare the property to sell that
didn't waste our time or money. We can't say enough good things and look forward to referring and
