Rochelle was proactive, she saw our listing on Facebook as we were trying to sell on our own and reached out to us - taking initiative. She then took the time to tell us what she would do to sell the house, but was not agressive in how she did it. Rochelle made an effort to work with me to sell the house, knowing that after over 20 years that this can also tough. It was a fast and efficient process. I would definitely recomment Rochelle to a friend or family member.
