He kept us informed about everything that was going on. When we didn't understand something he would clear it up and explain it in detail. He was very professional and caring to the seller and the buyer. Kept great communication and was available for us whenever we need him.

We appreciated Lisa Estes-Hook answering all of our questions during the escrow process and she was very professional. Very nice always greeted us with a smile and never showed an attitude or frustration. I thank her for the patience she had with us during the paper signing and all of our question asking of "what are we signing?" She explained it to us and was efficient in all that she had done for us.

Overall we are satisfied that it had all been done in the expected time it would take to go through escrow, He found a house that was right for us, and helping us get through the discouraging parts of the process. Thank you all so much.
