Ron was a breath of fresh air. He sold my fiancé our current house that we love. I initially listed my first house for sale with a family friend. The house ended up sitting for 9 months with no offers. I finally decided to listen to my fiancé and we made the switch to Ron. In less than a week, the house was under contract. I appreciated Ron being direct with what our expectations should be given the market and value of the house. He gave us a list of repairs that could assist with the sale and covered what he could offer with advertising our property. He even ended up in the attic at one point installing a trap door for a suspected raccoon burglar. His kindness and expertise were invaluable. Ron will be who we go with from the beginning the next time we sell or purchase.
