We contacted Ronda while living cross country to essentially buy a house sight unseen. The one we picked, a new construction, ended up having a series of delays on the sellers end and Ronda really bent over backwards and went above and beyond for us. We were at the mercy of external factors but when there was something that needed to be handled she was on it immediately and without delay. She was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend her services! Always felt like she was on our side and had our best interests at heart and we have used several agents over the years and have a solid basis for comparison!

At closing it was apparent that the owner had not done anything to make the house livable and I was going to back out and find another house, but Ronda promised she would see that my concerns were addressed and she has followed through.
