Ruth helped my husband and I with the selling and buying process on our homes. She was excellent through the entire process. She was extremely responsive and always available to answer questions. Ruth was able to offer advice that really make the process easy. I can't put in words how much that helped us get through the stress involved in the selling and buying process. Her knowledge truly was to our advantage when we sold our house. We listened to Ruth's advice and ran with it. Without that advice it is very likely we would not have sold our house for what we did. We would have also put work into things that really would not have mattered. The small things she advised us to do turned out to be really big. From the advice prior to listing the house and the work she did after it went on the market we could not be happier. She definitely deserves more than 5 stars.
