Cave Springs had 15 new listings and 13 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 39—down 17.02% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.
Of those 39 active listings, 15.38% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Cave Springs fell 8.35% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $728,630. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
