I was in the process of selling a home when Ryan show me a home I loved. He worked hard with the sellers agent of this home and was able to get my contingent offer accepted. The contingency was about to expire when Ryan reached out again to the seller and was able to get an extension and finally, my old home sold. Ryan worked with me through the Escrow process of the new property and had the best people working with me. He was always available to answer my questions and reassure me that the process was indeed moving along. I was able to close on my dream home and he met me at the front door with the keys!
