I have purchased two homes and sold one with Chrisie and Ryan Krasn. They are professional, knowledgeable and kept me stress free during each process. They even put me into contact with an amazing rental agent for the rental I used in between my purchases. My second home purchase was even easier than the first, with them negotiating a terrific discount for the huge to, several upgrades and set me up with a loan officer who got me very competitive low rates and options to chose from. I couldn't be happier with their services and I highly recommend them.

Chrisie and her team were simply amazing. I live in Alaska and due to the death of a last family member had to deal with probate issues and the sale of the home. Chrisie was highly recommended and I am so grateful I choose her. I certainly received a lot of solicitation. She worked with my probate attorney and kept a eye on the home. The house was priced right and sold quickly and now we are wrapping everything up. She was very responsive to my calls and texts, took care of things that due to distance, I could not. Very professional team. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her partner/son while in Las Vegas. I am glad this will soon be over but I will also miss them. Cant recommend them enough.
