What can I say, Chrissy and Ryan are the best! When we needed to sell our home as quickly as possible, they helped us through the whole process of getting the house ready, appropriate pricing for the property, and then getting the word out about the house quickly. When we had questions either Chrisie or Ryan or Chrisie's assistant Sarah would get back to us as quickly as possible and explain things in a way that we understood. They got the appropriate paperwork at the appropriate time to us in a format that was easy to sign and return to them. They worked well with the buyers, their lender, their inspector, and their appraiser, while at the same time looking out for our interests. I have sold and bought multiple homes with them. This house took a little bit longer not because of the realtor but because of a few issues with the house and a lot of picky buyers. Ryan and Christie helped find someone to do a few things to make the house sell faster. Once we did a few changes I had plenty of offers on the house. I had a few offers fall through but Ryan made me feel confident with support that it would sell. Of course he didn't let me down once again. The house sold and now we are off to purchase our new forever home. I would highly recommend Christie and Ryan for any realtor needs. I wouldnt use anyone else for my home needs.

Chrisie and her team were simply amazing. I live in Alaska and due to the death of a last family member had to deal with probate issues and the sale of the home. The house was priced right and sold quickly and now we are wrapping everything up. She was very responsive to my calls and texts, took care of things that due to distance, I could not. Ryan was great!! I briefly talked to a few other realtors before deciding to use Ryan. The other realtors were not responsive and showed me homes that were no near what I wanted. Ryan listened to me, understood what I was looking for, didn’t waste my time by showing me homes that didn’t match my criteria, he was ALWAYS available to answer my million questions, he negotiated a great deal for me..
