Born in Germany, raised in Vancouver's Westside since the late 80s, Sam studied Sport Sciences at UBC with a little performing arts on the side. In the mid-2000s, Sam started with renovation flips which he really enjoyed and found himself doing really well in. He wondered, "perhaps I could turn my talent of style & Realestate into a full-time career?" In 2013 he became licensed and has since set out to grow a collection of happy clients.
The first few years, Sam and his Team came in at Top 5% Teams in Vancouver.
