Sandy was phenomenal to work with. We began looking, and she had shown up multiple houses that just didn’t fit what we were looking for. However, one day a home was posted and I had sent it to her and she informed us we needed to move quickly as it would sell fast. Our offer was accepted. We listed our house with Sandy and it too sold quickly. Sandy was actively promoting our house by offering open houses and sharing it across social media. Closing on our new home was a little more difficult as the sellers were being difficult and Sandy always ensured that we were protected. My past experiences with realtors is they will say what they have to in order to get the sale finalized, but Sandy was not that and was open and honest throughout the entire sale and it was much appreciated. From start to finish and beyond, she was wonderful. It’s been almost 2 years since we moved in and we are still extremely satisfied!

Working with Ruhl & Ruhl was an unforgettable experience, and that’s entirely because of Sandy. She went above and beyond in every way not just for us, but for our entire family. We have 7 children, and Sandy made them feel just as important in the home-buying process as we were. She even surprised them by showing them a home “just to look at,” only for them to find out it was actually going to be their new home.
