With 20 years of experience and more than 350 closed real estate transactions, Sean Payton brings extensive knowledge of the Greater Cleveland real estate market and a proven track record representing both buyers and sellers.

Sean has particularly deep experience in Cleveland's west-side neighborhoods, including Detroit Shoreway, Ohio City, Gordon Square, West Park, and surrounding communities, while also representing clients throughout Greater Cleveland's east- and west-side suburbs. His experience ranges from first-time buyers and sellers to luxury homes, investment properties, multi-family properties, relocation clients, and repeat clients who have worked with him through multiple transactions.

A longtime Greater Cleveland resident, Sean combines firsthand knowledge of Cleveland's neighborhoods with more than two decades of professional real estate experience. He understands that real estate is highly local—not just from one suburb to another, but often from one neighborhood or street to the next.
