From our first meeting, we felt so much more confident that we would find something that fit our needs. After a handful of showings, we could just tell that she “got” us and understood what we were looking for. As first timers, she was pointing out things (good and bad) that we may not have noticed ourselves which helped us be more confident with the realities of home ownership and the work we were getting ourselves into. Throughout the entire process, she was an absolute professional, incredibly responsive to calls/texts, provided us with market insights that we wouldn’t possibly have on our own and it was clear that she had great relationships with other real estate professionals along the way which is so important to getting a deal done. We are happy to report we’ve closed on our Lakewood charmer and there’s no way we could have made it happen without Ericka’s guidance and knowledge over the last six months.
