2. She shopped 6 different surveyors to find the best quote, to save me the time and effort.
3. She met a well repair contractor after hours to show him where the property and well were located. (making several trips as needed) This saved me from driving 5 hours if I would've had to do it myself. This resulted in getting the well repaired for a fraction of the cost of the original estimate, saving me over $10K.
4. Shannon even had an old couch hauled away to the dump.
5. Shannon coached me every step of the way helping me meet critical actions and deadlines to finalize the sale. Without a doubt, she saved me time, money and hassles.
