Sharon went above and beyond during both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home! Very helpful and excellent at what she does!

What i can say is wow. She worked with me for over a year and i saw lots of houses in these years she is very helpful knowledgeable I recommend her for my other friends and family.

Sharon is an absolute blast to work with. She knows everything, helps in every way she can including going above and beyond to make phone calls on your behalf if things need to get done. I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anybody besides her, I will DEFINITELY be using her again in the future. 15/10 to work with, it would be 150/10 but unfortunately if I were to start adding zeros to the 15 I don’t think I could stop. She’s that good.

It was only a bit over a year ago that Sharon helped us purchasing our first lovely home. We were already impressed with her since then. Now, we unexpectedly had to relocate and need to sell our home. We reached out to Sharon, and again she continued to impress us even more.

Sharon is really excellent! She guided us on how to get our house ready for sale before the listing. As well as, she recommended us with a really great contractor. All her suggestions were on point, and we were able to sell our house within 3 days of listing. The suggested listing price is also banged on. Besides, we are also impressed in her ability to close the deal, her knowledges and how quickly she responds to us.

I would strongly recommend Sharon as both buying and selling agent. I have recommend her to all my family and friends. If you looking to either buy or sell, reach out to her, you won't be regret!

Sharon Clark is very easy to communicate with and we felt comfortable asking questions. She also kept us in the loop with updated information in a timely manner! We never felt we were in the dark with any information. Great personality and very friendly!

We purchased our first home with Sharon, she was knowledgeable, experienced and honest she went through keeping her eyes open for any red flags. Finding a house was quite the journey. We presented Sharon with a challenge because we didn't really have many constraints regarding what we were wanting for a home. We simply wanted a house in a good neighbourhood with a good foundation. This left us with many houses to sort through and see. Sharon was a great help during this time. She would suggest places to see and was always flexible to meet with us on any houses that came on the market that we wanted to see. Her flexibility and cheerful manner was always so refreshing and encouraging, especially as we neared the 100 houses viewed mark.
