The home we purchased was special to us because it is currently our vacation home. It will be our retirement home in the future. We had very specific wish list items, including the home being in one specific neighborhood. Shelley kept in close contact with us as she showed us homes in this neighborhood for 3 years. We looked at many homes in different price ranges to help us understand what we could get in that neighborhood for our money. Shelley was patient with us and we found a home that is perfect for us!

In the end she had the house sold in less than two weeks. She handled all the details and made the sales process seamless. Shelley was great to work with. We weren’t from the area so local (town) and school district knowledge was very important to us, and Shelley still is providing us that. We found a for sale by owner, and feeling uneasy about the price point, she prepared comps for our review. We purchased the house just under asking, and the overall process was smooth sailing!!!
