Shelley is phenomenal at her job. She always listens to our needs and concerns while being realistic. Shelley makes you feel as if you are her only client. She promptly returns calls, emails and texts. Additionally, she goes above and beyond what is traditionally expected of an agent. She has the patience of a saint and wears many hats. For instance, she cleaned and packed for me so I could shower and make it to closing on time!
