This was our nightmare house. So thankful for Shellyn's Sands efforts to save the deal that could have gone sideways. Mission Accomplished. If you get to work with Shellyn, you will have wealth of experience and knowledge wrapped up in a cheerful, energetic, package. But that's not all. Shellyn either answers or texts back right away. That's huge.

I recommended Shellyn Sands to my father when he was ready to sell off he rentals.
I had worked with Shellyn several times over the last 15 years or so and the reason that I chose her for my Dad is because she was serious, intelligent, professional, and fearless.
Yes. Sometimes you need Fearless. Also because my wife likes her. Unfortunately my father passed during the process, but we are continuing to sell off the rentals and Shellyn Sands has been invaluable in advising us as we move forward. She is a serious broker with a serious job but, she makes it fun somehow. We were fortunate to have found her 15 years ago and I would not willingly work with any other broker. Did I mention she's a broker? She's the real deal. I know, keep it brief.
