If you get to work with Shellyn, you will have wealth of experience and knowledge wrapped up in a cheerful, energetic, package. But that's not all. Shellyn either answers or texts back right away. That's huge.

I recommended Shellyn Sands to my father when he was ready to sell off he rentals.
I had worked with Shellyn several times over the last 15 years or so and the reason that I chose her for my Dad is because she was serious, intelligent, professional, and fearless.
Yes. Sometimes you need Fearless. Also because my wife likes her. Unfortunately my father passed during the process, but we are continuing to sell off the rentals and Shellyn Sands has been invaluable in advising us as we move forward.
