Stan van Woerkens has been a licensed realtor since 2009. Prior to this, Stan worked for 22 years as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality and Service Industry with Marriott Hotels. The Hotel Culinary and Business school in the Netherlands provided Stan with a strong foundation for customer service, planning, and sales & marketing skills.

Stan's focus has always been on delivering exceptional customer service, market insight, planning and execution, and he has received numerous management, leadership, and customer satisfaction awards in recognition of this over many years. He likes to work closely with customers, assessing their needs and matching their expectations and objectives with detailed market evaluations.
