Stefanie and her team were very helpful when it came to buying our 1st investment property. As she is from SETX, she is very familiar with the area and knowledgeable of the market. She was flexible with house showings and kept us up to date with new home postings that met our price range. This was great as the home we ended up buying, we were able to view it literally the 1st day that it was put on the market which I feel gave us an edge when putting down an offer.

She was very helpful with helping us get everything lined out with home/foundation inspections and made closing easy as she walked us through the whole process (what's needed, ensuring we give ourselves proper amount of time, etc...).

Stefanie helped us buy our house in Groves. She was very helpful, and if she did not have the answers to a question she would research it and figure it out. I would recommend Stefanie as a realtor and I would use her again if we buy another house in the area.

Stefanie was instrumental in the purchase of our home. She spent quality time with us to find out our needs and price point and then she quickly matched us with homes in that range. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend her for you real estate needs.

After the passing of our father we called Stefanie for advice on selling his home. It did need some work so we needed to know where to start. She was fast to meet us and so friendly it made us comfortable in hiring her to sale it. Sold it within 2 days of listing and got over the asking price. The process after that I know wasn’t easy on her at times but she handled it swiftly and made it easy on us.I would 100% recommend her to help anyone buy or sale a home! She definitely knows what she’s doing and works to make a buyer or seller happy! Would use her again in a heartbeat!
