Inventory in China, Texas has expanded in the latest rolling three-month period, with active listings up sharply compared to a year ago. Months of supply has climbed significantly year over year, indicating many more homes available than last summer. At the same time, closed sales in this window are down from a year ago, suggesting slower follow-through to the closing table.
