Stockton made the whole process very easy. From listening to what kind of properties we were interested in, to offering other ideas, to always being open if we wanted to go look at a property, always communicating keeping us in the loop. Stockton was very knowledgeable and looking out for our best interests and what would set us up for success!

So I really can't say enough good stuff about this guy Stockton Miller. And if the testimony below is too long for anyone to read, be sure to write this guy's name down if you ever need a real estate agent. - I think it was over a year ago that I was trying to visit a house that was listed on Zillow. We had already fired one buyer's agent for being a narcissist and had to ditch the second one for not being able to set us up for showings before houses were sold. If I remember things right, I wanted to get in touch with the listing agent for the home and I somehow ended up on the phone with what seemed like a random agent. My first thought was, "I don't want to talk to you, I want to talk to the person listing the house." But something told me to stick with this guy. - Melanie and I met Stockton at that house. He appeared to be the youngest agent I ever met. And he dressed far better than me. And my wife liked him. And he named after the famous Utah Jazz point guard John Stockton. So we decided to keep him. - For the next year, the housing market in central Indiana exploded. Houses were getting multiple offers above asking and offers were accepted the same day that properties were listed. We needed an agent who could get us into showing quick. Stockton was that man. I'm not sure if we ever had to wait 24 hours to see a home. Most visits were the same day. This guy was a machine...unbelievably responsive. And that is exactly what we needed. - The journey to find a house was painful. We had specific needs...a certain size, a certain lot, high speed internet, a certain price. We found three houses that seemed to hit the mark and we were outbid on all three. But through all the ups and downs of finding what we wanted and then losing it, Stockton continued to be on our side, never giving up, and keeping us in good spirits. - The story climaxes when Melanie and I finally found our dream home...far better than the houses we previously made offers for...and our offer was accepted for it. There were certainly very stressful moments from that moment until closing, but we all made it through to the other side. - And just to show Stockton's class and character, he drove from Bloomington to Marion to be with me at the closing, even though I didn't consider it necessary. And to top it off, he arrived with a bottle of wine for the new house. Also, we saw that Melanie was photo-shopped into one of the pictures with Stockton and me at closing. That was done by Stockton on the fly when he got a text from Melanie about being bummed that she wasn't in the picture. Stockton sent one version with Melanie on the side, but then sent an improved version with Melanie in the middle. That is quite beyond what you'd expect from an agent! - Thanks Stockton! Thanks for being there for us. Thanks for getting us reports and into showings on a moment's notice. Thanks for talking me down when I was about to lose it about a house. Thanks for keeping me from making some bad decisions. Thanks for being on my side when others weren't. Thanks for a million big and little things you did for us over the past year. - I look forward to the next phase of our relationship...fixing up and selling our current home!
