Stockton had immediate courses of action for all road blocks that came up in the purchase process. His guidance was always well thought out and strategic, and proved to be very effect as we went with his suggestions for almost all decisions.

Stockton was excellent. He was receptive to my requests and demands. He helped me differentiate between the two. He managed expectations but he didn’t shut them down entirely if it was understood that it was more of a must then a desire. 10/10 service.

Excellent work, and it wasn’t easy. Lot of back and forth. Never once did he show annoyance or frustration with it. That’s an art.
