Bloomington’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows prices easing while activity has picked up compared with last year. The typical home value is down about 5 percent year over year, and median list prices have fallen at a similar pace. At the same time, homes sold and new listings are both up around 19 percent from a year ago, indicating more movement on both sides of the table.
