Bloomington’s rolling three-month numbers show prices easing compared to a year ago, while activity has picked up. The typical home value is down a bit year over year, and the median list price has also slipped. At the same time, pending sales have risen from last year, pointing to stronger buyer interest even as asking prices soften.
