Susan and her husband literally went above and beyond the normal expectations of what a relator should do. I was thrown into a mess and was completely lost and confused on where to even begin. Susan came in and explained every little detail to me in a way a normal person could understand. She came and did a walk through to give me pointers on what to do next and her and her husband even jumped in where they could and helped me with fixing things, cleaning and painting.
