Can't say enough wonderful things about Teresa Reents! She definitely knows the real estate business, and was helpful in so many ways, from staging our home to holding open houses, and following up on any and all leads. Teresa was quick to respond to any questions we had, and guided us through the entire process. We sold our home in 16 days in a difficult market in April 2024. Everyone, this is a MUST read especially if you're looking for a Realtor that will see homes with your eyes if you're in another city and or state. A little back story to put in context the miracle that Teresa Reents is. Our first home buying experience, 5 minutes before the housing market crash set us into a whirlpool of disaster, the realtor didn't nor was interested in, seeing and getting to know us. We were first time buyers and needed lots of help, Teresa would've taken care of us amazingly as she did with our current house preventing our long and treacherous battle. Our home then was a money pit, the inspector didn't list any of the multitudes of problems.. You get the picture. Fast forward to now, my wife and I were very apprehensive, I never wanted to buy again and we were currently interviewing 3 other Realtors but... within the first 30 seconds, a recommendation from Sam of 5 star rated American Pacific Mortgage (Read my review for APM, you need them), we knew we found gold and would be safe, protected and complete with the guidance of Teresa as our Realtor.

Teresa suggested coming up (5 hours away) and walking through a few homes with her just so she could get an idea of what WE wanted in a home to empower her to be able to find a home and empower her to make an offer through video touring homes after meeting with her first. My Wife and I knew we met the Godfather, a nickname I gave Teresa because she really does know a guy who knows a gal who know someone for any and everything a newcomer to the area might need. Teresa's super power is that she really knows the areas, each little subsection, street and can dial in to the detail with perfection. Our intention was not to purchase that day because we weren’t even prequalified yet. We were in the process but haven't received our Pre-Qualified letter just yet from AMP. We toured homes and Teresa spent an entire afternoon with us! Then... There was this home, Tall Ceilings with varying heights, hard surface floors, lots of natural light, super tall windows and an upstairs! The upstairs was an added bonus as we were only expecting to get into a single level home.

Nothing we've looked before Teresa, by ourselves, had this much to offer and we just couldn't breath it was so spectacular! I couldn't look at anything else but Teresa suggested we continue to look more to be sure and once we did we came back and took a second tour of this home and I and said, "I REALLY wish I could put an offer on this HOUSE!". Teresa, the Godfather, called Samantha from American Pacific Mortgage while we were in the her car (these two working together are the Power Team), to see if there was a way we could get our pre-approval letter now so that we could put an offer on this home. Did Sam have enough from me already that would allow a Pre-Approval letter at this moment to be sent, she asked? Fast forward my wife and I have our DREAM HOME, we only expected a home, a pick from a lesser desired settlement of homes but Teresa was and is a miracle and continues to be just that! "Where's a good place to Kayak, Bike or Run?". Teresa, because Samantha from American Pacific Mortgage recommended you to us, YOU changed our lives!!! You were Patient, Kind, Knowledgable, Gracious and spent so much time with us and we can't thank you enough for turning our low expectations of home buying into a DREAM, a dream we didn't even know we could have, into reality. I've been playing piano since the age of 3 and my long lost baby grand piano that has been in storage for over 14 years will finally sing again in a great and vaulted living room!

She also did an awesome job of selling our home and the work of coordinating closing dates to make the buying and selling process work out in the best interests of both parties.
