There were many things she just took care of in the background that made a stressful situation much less painful. Her connections in the area with the other realtors also was very helpful in helping us get a buyer quickly. She ensured clear commincation between parties while also helping us to maintain a safe legal separation between us and the buyers. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of the real estate trade and kept us out of trouble. Honestly, we would have been screwed without her. I highly recommend working with Terri!
