Terri has been excellent throughout my home selling experieince. She helped us work through several major challenges to include a difficult buyer. There were many things she just took care of in the background that made a stressful situation much less painful. Her connections in the area with the other realtors also was very helpful in helping us get a buyer quickly. She ensured clear commincation between parties while also helping us to maintain a safe legal separation between us and the buyers.
