With a Degree in Architectural Technology I truly love working in the residential field as well as investment property. Terri was incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home. She drove hours on more than one occasion just to meet us at a property far outside her normal region, and she always made time for us no matter how last‑minute our schedule was. During every walk‑through, she pointed out details we never would have noticed on our own, things that clearly came from years of experience. She also had a lot of knowledge about the properties. Terri Jackson did a fantastic job selling my house. I had a full price contract in 4 days after the listing went up. She helped with minor repairs so I wouldn't have to make a 4 hour trip to handle minor issues, she referred us to a cleaning service who did an excellent job. Closing went smoothly.
