Tess Keeran

Tess was very helpful during my search for a second property. She answered my questions promptly and and helped me negotiate the best possible price after her review of comps in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Tess guided us through the whole process with plenty of knowledge and expertise, and always with a smile on her face, no matter how many seemingly silly questions we had.

Tess was wonderful with working with our schedule when looking at the house and clksing. She had no problem with us askkng to see the house more than once so we could take pictures and make lists. She was always cordial and answered many questuins both by email and phone. She was prompt in getting back to us when we had questions or concerns. I would gladly go to her if we ever buy another house and have recommended her to others looking to buy

Tess really knows her stuff. She is an expert as far as I am concerned as far as short sales go. She made this as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Tess Keeran.

If you are looking to buy or sell Tess will do a super job representing you. My wife and I were looking to purchase a home when we moved to the Bangor area. Tess took us around and showed us numerous homes and listened to the things we liked and disliked about each home. She then used this knowledge to help us find the perfect home before it even came on the market. Even though it was a short sale and the process has been fustrating she always has a smile and a chuckle. Even on the days when she would like to "pull her hair out". Awesome realtor!!!
