Probably the most unprofessional agent I have ever met. I wouldn’t recommend Tom for anything. I reached out to Tom with a big offer for a rental home. I got a one and a half sentence response, wasn’t addressed by a name, wasn’t offered to view or look at the property, wasn’t thanked for making offer, nothing. “You are welcome to apply. The price is X”. Then when I let him know my thoughts on his response, he must not have cared because I was then ignored. He should he ashamed of himself. I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere to a real professional and you should too.

I was introduced to Tom by a friend who was buying up investment houses in the Tulsa area. I was looking for an investment home for my family business and had a lot of balls in the air. I needed someone who was responsive and knowledgable to help me through the process. Tom did a great job, gave me sound advice, and in the end we landed a great rental home.
