I contacted Tony when we first started looking for a new home in DE in 2020, however, the pandemic and family commitments delayed our plans. Tony kept in touch throughout that entire time(2 yrs) keeping us updated on the market and listings in the towns and communities he thought would be a good fit. He was always proactive in providing us with all the information we needed to be prepared for the process. When we finally started our house hunt, Tony went ABOVE and BEYOND with a smile and an awesome sense of humor arranging appt after appt, obtaing answers to our MANY questions, submitting bids and providing much needed direction and encouragement. I met Tony when he sold the home across the street from my home. Boy was he on the ball. He knows the real estate market and went running with our listing. Tony provided numerous ideas on how to show the home and the photographer presented the home in a way that I wanted to purchase it. The photographs would make anyone want to purchase the listing.
