After vacationing in Rehoboth Beach for over 15 years, my family and I decided to relocate. We've grown to love the community and decided to make it our permanent home. At the same time, I transitioned to a career in real estate. I have found my time in real estate to be rewarding, as I have been able to assist numerous families in finding a place they could call home.

I have over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, advisory board services, directorship, and financial management. I have served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Tax Manager, and Auditor in the past. Most recently, I worked at the largest FX Hedge fund in the world—FX Concepts LLC—prior to moving to Delaware, where I served as the CFO, as well a member of various committees such as the management, valuation, and business continuity committees.

I have worked with Tony and Michelle on several houses since 2018. Most recently, I worked with Michelle to purchase a house. I had an idea of what I wanted, but at times felt discouraged. Yet, Michelle kept telling me I would find the right house at the right time and she was 100% correct. She saw the house I ended up buying on her own and encouraged me to see it. I made an offer that day and closed one month later. It truly is the perfect house and property for me. All along, Michelle was patient, kind, informative, and available. Anthony Sacco helped us find the right property to buy for us and then helped us sell our condo. He expertly identified effective strategies to prepare our condo for resale and communicated those reccommendations effectively and with kindness. Buying and Selling a home is stressful, Tony helped us manage the stress and stay on track. He gave great advice on pricing, listed our condo quickly, he used a terrific photographer for our listing and created an inviting narrative for the listing to attract attention and interest in our property. We had a buyer three days after he listed our condo! Tony was responsive, and very thorough thru the post offer period and stayed "on it" consistently thru to closing.
