After vacationing in Rehoboth Beach for over 15 years, my family and I decided to relocate. We've grown to love the community and decided to make it our permanent home. At the same time, I transitioned to a career in real estate. I have found my time in real estate to be rewarding, as I have been able to assist numerous families in finding a place they could call home.

I have over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, advisory board services, directorship, and financial management. I have served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Tax Manager, and Auditor in the past. Most recently, I worked at the largest FX Hedge fund in the worldā€”FX Concepts LLCā€”prior to moving to Delaware, where I served as the CFO, as well a member of various committees such as the management, valuation, and business continuity committees.

We found Tony when we were searching Zillow for homes in Delaware to retire in. Tony provided us with several beautiful resale houses to look at but in the end we decided on new construction. If you think you really donā€™t need a realtor for new construction, I would tell you to rethink that decision. Tony helped us to understand how the process of purchasing a home is very different in DE than in New Jersey. He explained the transfer tax, referred us to an inspector who inspected are home during construction which was vital, found us or mortgage lender and most of all he negotiated our sales price! Tony is professional, kind and really knows the area. I would recommend him highly for all your realtor needs. I give him five ā­ļøā€™s.

Tony was always extremely friendly, professional and helpful. He was very prompt if not immediate in answering any questions I had! He also did a great job in balancing the communications between myself and my brother in California. He also did a great job in getting the 2 offers (might I add after only 1 week on the market) to come up with counter offers is a clever way. The house sold in 1 week!!! I I would HIGHLY recommend Tony Sacco!!!
