The first time we bought a home it was a nightmare, and I dreaded going through the process again. We saw Traci in action on, of all things, Living Alaska on TV. We liked her and called to see if she could help us. She was always on our side, looking out for what we wanted, making sure we were happy with the results. We got an amazing home for an amazing price and are very happy with the results. We continue to recommend her to everyone we know buying or selling a house.

I had a very BAD experience with realtors when we first started buying a house, Then a friend recommended Traci and said she was AMAZING with helping her buy her house. Well she was right..If you want a realtor that is stricky for her buyer or seller then Traci is the one. She took our house nightmare turned it around and got us into our perfect home in record time. Traci is a up front realtor that puts her buyers or sellers first and is not afraid of other realtors in the area. If she needs to play hard ball she is all over it and does not back down. I just recently bought a house from Traci. The process was smooth and I was impressed by her knowledge of real estate. She was able to offer a wealth of knowledge about where my house is located. Also, she is very good at negotiation. I saved almost $20,000 off the listed price. The whole process of purchase was fast, and her response time was very quick and effiicient. I would recommend her to any of my friends.
