We bought our house sight unseen and depended on Tracy for her ability to communicate with us virtually. I cannot imagine this process without her. Because of her patience and knowledge we were able to complete our home tour and inspection via Facetime. Even in a pandemic our move was a success. Thank you.

We were first time home buyers and Tracy's efforts were critical in helping us secure our first home.

She was accessible and knowledgeable from the start, immediately helping us filter and hone in our search toward homes that fit well with our family situation (for example, honing in on homes with quiet streets and neighborhoods, knowing that we had two young children). We were relatively new to this area of town so Tracy also helped offer up some insights on towns with the right amenities we were looking for.

When we found the home we wanted to buy, Tracy stayed on top of the listing to understand competing interest and offers and consistently engaging with the listing realtor to keep us best placed in a position to close the deal. Her guidance helped our offer in terms of timing, initial offers, counter offers, and anchoring us to the right price points given the market.

Tracy provided guidance during all steps after the agreement as well. She helped tie together communications with our brokers and lawyer, and she provided a great contractor recommendation for some follow-up work we wanted to do on the house after the purchase was complete.

Along the way, Tracy provided personal touches that made us feel like true partners in this process and showed interest in us as a family, including setting up a family scavenger hunt contest for some of her clients in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdowns, something that my daughter readily embraced during those tough early weeks.

We couldn't be more pleased with Tracy's efforts and we would strongly recommend her services to other nearby home buyers.
