Trenille gave me her full attention, she always answered my phone calls to answer any questions I had, if she didn't have the answer right away she would get it, I will use Trenille again!! In fact I am using her again to resell one of the properties we just purchased, and if my wife and I decide to purchase a home instead of developing, We will be using Trenille. She has good work ethic, and that is hard to find today.

We had a couple of complicated situations with the sale of our home. First we had a situation come up where we discovered the well of our home never had been registered with the city. We had to get that resolved quickly and Trenille did incredible job, stepping us through the process and making calls on our behalf. Then the buyers had an issue with the sale of their home. Trenille worked really hard to get us all the information to keep us abreast of what was going on. It took about a month before we were able to sell our house from the initial date was wonderful to ensure we were advocated for by riding up multiple extensions. She was a fantastic realtor who dealt with a lot of nuances during the sale, but she was incredibly professional, and fought on our behalf to close the deal! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their house in Cheyenne or outside of Cheyenne.

There is no way that we can express proper appreciation for the complete expert service that Trenille provided to us during the process of buying our house. She went above and beyond in making sure that we negotiated the best deal in the purchase, as well as making sure that all of the precautionary inspections were lined up and carried out. She was always working on our behalf no matter what the challenge was or how much time it took or what time of the day it was. She was always knowledgeable and professional, but firm in working for us during the whole process. If you want a realtor that will work untiringly on your behalf, Trenille is the one. Trenille Young was extremely helpful and patient with me through the process! I'm a first time home buyer and from out of state and Trenille took extra steps to video tour houses for me before I drove up in person which was extremely helpful. Additionally, I never felt rushed or pressured to pick a house and she gave great advice during, and after showings. She helped us tremendously as out-of-state buyers with keeping us aware of properties for sale, and then when we arrived to look, she had done a wonderful job of putting together homes for us to see. When we found the house we wanted, she was helpful in giving us guidance as we made an offer, had inspections, she found companies to bid on things that needed attention, negotiated those with the seller, and handled the follow-through for us since we were back at home in another state.

Can't express how easy it was dealing with Trenille. To start ,we arranged an appointment in advance to visit the area and Trenille conducted a strong needs analysis. She understood what I was looking for very quickly. When I arrived from out of town with my son to look over houses, she had laid out a concise plan and strategy to show us as many houses as possible over a weekend. I think we toured about 23 properties. Our time was well spent with pre-arranged showings. After touring the houses, Trenille and I were able to isolate 5 properties that were of interest. With my families input, we stack-ranked the top 5 and then agreed upon a strategy with the offers. Her relationships and knowledge of the Seller's real estate representatives definitely made things easier in negotiations. Through all of the emotional gyrations of purchasing a house, Trenille was a cool and calming influence. And she did all these things with grace and understanding and not by being pushy. What a very nice person! Trenille is one of the best sales professionals I've ever been around and definitely the best real estate agent.

My husband and I were told about Trenille after she helped my parents find their home to make their transition from another state to Wyoming for their retirement, and my family has nothing but incredible things to say about her.
