Trenille Young

I was having trouble finding a house that met my criteria and with having multiple offers rehected or outbid. Mrs. Young fought tooth and claw to finish the job and find me a home in Laramie. She often worked at times that were inconvenient for her, sometimes on weekend family trips and sometimes making short-notice trips all the way out to Laramie for showings. Mrs. Young's hard work and professionalism was a bright spot in an otherwise tough house hunt.

I have worked with Trenille once before and it was a great experience. Her communication is excellent and she works hard to made communication possible with my sometimes difficult schedule. Any questions I had were quickly answered and she did an excellent job of advising me and offering her opinions when it was needed. As a first time home buyer, Trenille was better than we could have imagined! She was patient and talked us through everything, never made me feel stupid for asking simple questions, and was so easy to work with! She will fight to make sure you get exactly what you want. Trenille Young set expectations up front during our first meeting with her. Although we have previously purchased a house, she was able to provide an abundance of knowledge that we did not know. Coming from a rather far location, our schedule for showings was rather scattered but she worked around all that and made the showing times and dates work for her. During showings, Trenille Young remembered what we did or did not like and was able to point these items out at other locations. Even when half-way through we switched pretty much everything we were looking for in a home. Although we had a few failed offers, she kept our spirits high and had an even bigger list of homes to look at. When we finally got an offer accepted, she was extremely helpful in making sure we had third party inspections that were top notch. We would highly recommend Trenille Young to anyone looking for a home in the Cheyenne area.
