My experience with Trenille began in the final months of 2023. It was my wish to sell the property "as is," keeping the transaction simple & swift. We quickly received offers, but they did not work out. It became clear that simple & swift was not going to happen. We took the house off the market for a restart.
This is when Trenille's experience became invaluable. She had familiarity with the Torrington community & skillfully helped me navigate the prioritization of tasks, the contracting of labor to perform those tasks, & nonstop monitoring of task completion. (I live in Colorado, so her involvement & assistance turned out to be "above & beyond the call" of traditional real-estate transactions.) Ultimately, we increased the asking price & quickly received offers that met that price. I cannot say enough to express our appreciation to Trenille for her extraordinary performance in the cake of our old house and her guidance in the buying of our new house. She guided us seamlessly through the web of our new purchase. Then she told us exactly what we needed to do to prepare our previous house for sale. When we followed her instructions, she staged the house, had professional pictures taken, and put the house on the market. The next day we had people look at the house and within a week we had an offer which, after short negotiations, we accepted. There are several houses down our street that went on the market when ours did and they are still for sale a year later. Trenille Young presented the epitome of a professional realtor during the entirety of our business in selling my property at 3632 Alexander Avenue. Because that is a very generic statement, allow me to specify:

- during the original "homework" of pricing the home, I was eager for a quick sale. A long drawn out sale was not a stressor I wanted. Trenille completed not one market analysis, but two, with less than two months between them. She walked me through both, and in the end I just agreed with her expertise to price the home at $50k over what I was wanting to price it at - and the home was under contract in 30 days. Fantastically accurate work by Trenille Young.
- during the entirety of our business Trenille responded accurately and within 24 hours to text, calls, and email. And I communicated vehemently, she never skipped a beat.
- Trenille provided quality contractors for repairs within 24hrs of my requests. Including electrical, floor resurfacing, painting and windows work.

Trenille was awesome to work with in every way. I would happily work with her again and readily recommend her to anyone.

I had no choice but to sell my dream house and move home because I lost my job. I found Trenille while searching online from another state for a great agent. I called Century 21 and they set me up with Trenille. We made a trip to Wyoming in October 2023 and started looking at our options. We then packed it all up and moved to Wyoming at the end of November 2023. I'm sure you have heard of the "six degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon" game (Which I can do in 5 steps). Well, for my wife and I, we contacted a nephew's wife - she went to UW, she contacted a friend from school, who is a nurse in Cheyenne, who recommended Trenille. My wife called her cell phone - given to us by the nurse, left a message, then got on the computer and looked Trenille up. Stellar reviews, several awards in the profession, etc., etc. When she called back we got right to work. Cheyenne is in a frenzy at the price point we were looking in, we often looked at a house and found it had been sold while we looked at it. To fit the space limits herein, we eventually got a bid in, went through the process, both led and backed by Trenille, both presenting ideas, and listening to our thoughts. Since we are 10 hours away, she was our eyes,
ears and voice in many meetings during the purchase process. Professional and personable, definitely more so than any previous realtor.
