Troy was a pleasure to work with. He is polite, friendly and knows his business. He was prepared from our first meeting and always responded to calls and texts in a very timely manner no matter the day or time. We had a few issues with the buyer and Troy was patient and gave us good advise. We were out of the country for the closing and Troy acted on our behalf and kept us informed. I would highly recommend him. He sold our home in 4 days!

I inquired about another property (which had for sale sign in yard). This property was not actually what I was looking for.
Troy showed me other properties I might be interested in. We eventually bought Massman Dr. property, which is exactly what we were
looking for. Troy was extremely helpful.

Troy was great from the very beginning. He was able to take care of everything that needed some in a timely, professional manner. He was able to sell our house in three days. He then helped us find people to perform any work that needed to be done after the buyers walk thru. I couldn't be more pleased.
