Wendy has been licensed to provide real estate services to Ontario residents since 1987, and through the years her experiences have been widely varied, from working in either a seller’s market, a buyer’s market, or a more balanced market. Wendy knows how to bullet-proof your transaction. As part of her expanded learning as Broker of Record for the Brokerage, Wendy also volunteers on the Ottawa Real Estate Board and has served for a few years on the Professional Standards Committee and is Vice-Chair of the Arbitration Committee.

Nancy is a 2nd generation Ottawa-born native with a passion for the city! Joining her sister Wendy in 2004 with the opening of KW VIP in Ottawa which has mirrored Nancy’s beliefs, values enabling continuing education in the tech based, innovative Keller Williams Integrity company. Partnering with Wendy has worked well for both sisters, as they share the same values and great business ethics by always ‘doing the right thing’.
