Windy has been so amazing through this entire process! Matt & I bought our first home with Windy holding our hand during the entire process. If we had a question I could send a quick text and I would have the answer immediately or within a few hours. There was good consistent communication from start to finish. I was nervous at first every time she wanted to speak with me over the phone but it was always that she wanted to give good news over the phone so that feeling of nervousness quickly dissipated and I enjoyed our over-the-phone chats.
