What a wonderful experience working with Yael and Mark for over a year viewing different condos until I finally found the right one! Most importantly, I had an accepted offer with a seller that tried to stick me with a tenant and Yael was instrumental is identifying the legal parameters I had to abide by in order to get out of the closing process and request remediation by the seller.
