YAEL, had to deal with some challenges in reqards to handling the clarity of terms of agreements of the final sale. She brilliantly cleared up misunderstandings, and technical miscommunication which occurred with a shared agent agreement. Bottom line, she stood strong, clarified our position, and closed the deal where everyone involved was happy, and satisfied.
